Data Deletion Requests

GENTCREATE respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to ask us to delete the data we hold about you, including data about creators we contact about collaborations.

What we may hold

Customers: your name, email, shipping address and order history.
Creators we contact about gifting collaborations: your public Instagram username and profile details, statistics from your public posts, the public contact email you list, and the emails we have exchanged.

How to ask for deletion

Email info@gentcreate.com with the subject Data deletion request. Include the email address and, if it applies, the Instagram username your request is about.

We delete the data within 30 days and email you when it is done. We keep only the records the law requires us to keep, such as order and tax records.
