Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. In cases where a package is damaged during freight, Gentcreate will offer to replace the product if damaged, however, most of our products are not fragile, consequently this will be a rare occassion. In this rare scenario, the package should be returned to any of our warehouses, and after a quality check confirmation, we will re-ship the order.
