Depending on in which warehouse the items are or if you are ordering a custom item, they may arrive in separate packets or separate days.

Contact us, report the issue and take a picture of the damaged item, we will provide a refund, without the need to sent the item back.

Processing time depends on the item ordered, if the item is a standard product, it would be normally processed within 2-3 business day. For custom items it may take up to 7-10 business days.

The tracking code is provided automatically via the e-mail you used when submitting your payment, the tracking code is released as soon as the order was processed 2-10 business days.
