Three branding methods are used on the pieces GENTCREATE produces today. Heat deboss presses your logo into the leather under a heated die with no colour added. Gold foil uses the same die with a metallic foil laid between die and leather, so the impression carries a gold surface; silver is also used. The CNC metal logo is machined to your artwork and fixed to the exterior, so the mark reads as hardware rather than print.
Which method suits a piece depends on the leather, the artwork and the size of the mark, and we recommend one when you send your logo. The name is stamped once, on the face of the piece, and the GENTCREATE mark stays small. Laser engraving, which suits fine linework and long text, is offered on selected made-to-order pieces rather than on the small leather goods in production.
Private label, where our existing designs carry your brand, and product development, where a new piece is patterned from a sketch, are handled on the same written-quote basis, and that quote confirms MOQ and lead time. The same methods are used on the cardholders, wallets and phone cases on the sibling pages.
