Where a leather or color does not come in a piece, the page says so. On this page, initials are offered on the iPhone case: up to five letters or numbers, hot-stamped by hand in 24-karat gold foil. They cost $33 for one to three characters, $44 for four and $55 for five, and add 2–3 business days to preparation. Initials are never discounted. Due to the custom nature, personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Every order ships in the GENTCREATE product box, made of hard kraft paper with a magnetic lid and a suede lining. Gift packaging is optional, at $15 per item in your cart: we remove tags and price tags so the order can be delivered directly to the recipient as a gift. Each piece counts as one item.

For a graduation, a full matching set: the iPhone case, a card holder and a bifold wallet in one leather and color, with the class year, such as 2026, on the case ($44). For Father's Day, the case, a bifold wallet and a keychain, with DAD on the case ($33). For travel, a passport holder and a wallet in Croco or Lizard. Gift packaging is $15 per item, and each piece counts as one item.

Only for the iPhone case, which is cut for one model: choose the exact model they have. On their iPhone, the model name is under Settings > General > About. The card holder, wallet, passport holder and keychain do not depend on the phone.

When your cart reaches $300, measured before discounts, a crocodile-embossed leather keychain is added to it automatically at no charge. It is removed again if the cart drops below $300.

The iPhone case, card holder, wallet and passport holder of every set are made from calfskin, and the keychains are leather on stainless steel hardware. Croco and Lizard are patterns embossed into the calfskin, not exotic skins; Saffiano is a cross-hatch pressed into the leather. A piece you add to the set is described on its own product page.

Orders are prepared in up to 1–4 business days, a little longer for personalized pieces, and ship the day they are ready. Standard shipping is free to most countries; faster options and their prices for your country are shown at checkout.
