Four bodies, and no others
This case exists for the iPhone 14 Pro, the 14 Pro Max, the 15 Pro and the 15 Pro Max. That is the complete list.
Camera islands changed size and position between the 15 Pro and the 16 Pro, and a leather case with a stitched, wrapped edge has no give at all to absorb a difference. It will not stretch onto a newer body and forcing it will split the wrap at the corner.

The sides are leather too
This is the only case we make where the leather wraps the sides rather than stopping at the back panel.
On almost every leather phone case, including expensive ones, the leather is a back panel and the rails are exposed shell: polycarbonate or TPU, usually in a matched color so it is not obvious in a photograph. You find out in the hand, because the rails are where your fingers actually sit. A phone is held by its edges.
Wrapping the leather around means the grip surface is the same material as the back, the same texture, the same warmth. It also means there is no visible seam line down the side where two materials meet, which is the detail that makes a case look like a case.
The cost of doing it is that the wrap has to be cut and stitched around a curve, which is slow and is why this construction is rare at any price. The edge is finished with a hand-sewn saddle stitch, so the seam that holds the wrap is two independent threads through every hole rather than one thread locked by another.
Saffiano is a texture, not a leather
Saffiano is not an animal or a grade. It is a cross-hatch pattern pressed into finished leather under heat and pressure, and underneath it this case is calfskin.
On a phone the pattern does more work than anywhere else, because a phone is the one leather object that gets picked up and set down thirty times a day. A flat surface reflects light as one plane, so every handling mark reads as a line across it. A cross-hatch scatters that into hundreds of facets and a mark has nothing continuous to show against.
It also grips, which on a full-wrap case is not a cosmetic point: the textured surface is what your fingers are holding. A phone that does not slide out of your hand or off a dashboard is a phone you drop less.

What is under the leather
The shell is TPU and polycarbonate. Polycarbonate is rigid and spreads an impact across the whole back instead of letting it concentrate at the point of contact. TPU is flexible and absorbs, which is why the corners and rails use it: a corner has to deform and return, and a rigid corner passes the shock straight into the phone.
The inside is lined with Alcantara rather than left as bare plastic, and that layer is the one against your phone's finish. A bare polycarbonate interior grinds whatever grit gets in against the back glass every time the case flexes; a soft microfiber does not.
There is a raised bezel around the camera, so the lenses do not touch the table when you set the phone face-up. That raised edge is the most valuable protective feature on any case, because a scratched lens is a permanent defect in every photograph you take afterward.

It takes a drop of 6 m, which is 19.7 ft.
What a drop rating means is the height a case survived in a controlled test onto a specified surface at a specified angle. It is not a promise about your phone, because the surface, the angle and what the phone lands on all matter more than the number does. What it tells you is that this is a protective shell rather than a decorative sleeve, and that a drop from a hand, a pocket or a table is well inside what it was built for.
It does not cover the screen. This is a case, not a screen protector, and nothing here helps a face-first landing on a stone edge.
Wireless charging, NFC, and magnetic attachment
Qi wireless charging works through this case and NFC works through it, so contactless payment and tag reading do not require taking the phone out.

From the iPhone 12 onward the magnet array is in the phone, not the case. A magnetic charger or mount attracts the phone's own magnets through a non-magnetic case, so it will attach through this one. What a case with its own array adds is alignment and holding force, and what every case subtracts is distance, because magnetic force falls off sharply with the gap.
No scratch protection, stated plainly
This case has no scratch protection.
Scratch protection means a hard coat that resists a blade or a key edge. Leather is not that, from anyone, at any price. A key sharing a pocket with this case will mark it.
What the cross-hatch does is make ordinary marks difficult to see, which is a different property and a genuinely useful one. It resists fingerprints, which comes from the same texture, for the same reason: skin oil has no flat plane to sit on.
If you want a back that cannot be scratched, you want glass or coated polycarbonate and a different product. If you want a surface that ages without looking damaged, this is the right one.
140 F, 60 C
It holds up to 140 F / 60 C.
The situation that matters is a closed car in summer sun, which goes well past 60 C behind the glass. That is above what this case is rated for and above what the phone inside it tolerates either. Leather stiffens at sustained high temperature and a pressed cross-hatch relaxes, which is the one way to flatten a pattern that is otherwise permanent.
Everything ordinary is well inside it: wireless charging warmth, a pocket, a hot day, a warm hand.
The gold parts
The camera frame and the logo are gold. The frame is the raised metal ring that stands proud of the lenses and does the protecting; making it a finish rather than hiding it is a deliberate choice, since it is the part of a case a buyer looks at most in a photograph.
It is a warm gold rather than a brass or a rose tone, and it is the same on all three finishes of the case.
